Is a request to book the same as a confirmed reservation?
No. Spencer Dream Estate and Cashman Dream House are request-to-book homes. When you send your dates, our team reviews availability and replies with next steps. Nothing is charged or confirmed automatically.
How many guests can each home host?
Cashman Dream House hosts up to 12 guests. Spencer Dream Estate is a larger estate; guest limits depend on the dates and the group, so we confirm the exact number with you before booking.
How do I compare the two vacation homes?
Both short-term homes are shown side by side on our vacation homes page, with the confirmed details for each. Spencer suits larger groups; Cashman suits smaller groups of up to 12.
How is Pama Lane different?
Pama Lane is not a vacation rental. It offers individual furnished rooms for longer stays, currently booked through PadSplit. One room is available now.
What if I need somewhere to stay for 30 days or longer?
Longer stays are handled separately from our vacation homes. Our extended stays page explains how furnished room living at Pama Lane works and who it suits.
Can I book Pama Lane directly?
Applications for Pama Lane rooms are handled through PadSplit. You're welcome to send us an enquiry first if you'd like to ask questions before applying.
Are pets allowed?
Tell us in your request. Pets are considered case by case and must be approved before arrival.
Are events or parties allowed?
Events, parties and gatherings beyond your booked guest count require written approval in advance. Please ask before you book.
When do I get arrival and access details?
Access details are shared privately with confirmed guests close to arrival. We never publish access information on this website.
